Yanoyan & Yanoyan CPAs is proud to announce the opening of our new office. This is a milestone that reflects our continued growth and commitment to excellence.
Since 2022, Yanoyan & Yanoyan CPAs has operated from a modest office at the Grace Building in Brgy. San Jose, Pagadian City. Situated on the fourth floor, it was a small space where our journey began with just two associates.
Over time, that humble office grew into something more. It became home to a team of over ten associates and a trusted space where clients came for guidance, consultations, and services.
As our firm continued to expand, both in team and clientele, it became clear that we needed a larger space to support the level of service we are committed to providing.
Today, we are proud to share that we have moved to our new office at the 2nd Floor, R.A. Hofileña Building, F.S. Pajares Avenue, Gatas District, Pagadian City. We now occupy a 139-square-meter space on the second floor of the building, which is designed to better accommodate our growing operations and enhance our clients’ experience.

On March 18, 2026, the blessing and grand opening of the new office was headed by Rev. Fr. Francisco L. Pintac of Sto. Niño Parish, Pagadian City. Many guests attended including the owner of the building, Mr. Romeo and Mrs. Aida Hofileña. The clients, family, friends and associates who were present also made the grand opening memorable and special.


As our firm expands, so does our responsibility to provide a space that matches the level of service our clients deserve. Our new office offers a more refined, comfortable, and professional environment designed to enhance every client interaction from consultations to ongoing support. The new office also features an adjacent coworking space designed for both productivity and comfort. Guests can work or study in a professional, well-curated environment, with access to fast fiber Wi-Fi and complimentary coffee and tea for a fee. It is ideal for bar and board reviewees, graduate students, and freelancers, the space offers a quiet, premium setting for focused work and meaningful progress.

This move represents more than just a new address. It is a testament to the trust of our clients, the dedication of our team, and our vision to continuously elevate the way we serve. While our location has changed, our commitment remains the same: delivering reliable, personalized, and high-quality accounting, taxation, legal and advisory services.
