Angela D. Bañaga

Angela Deluvio Bañaga, fondly known as “Gelai”, is a highly attentive and detail-oriented Administrative Associate at Yanoyan CPAs. She supports our accounting and tax associates with her strong background in business administration, client servicing, and operational support. She is known for her dedication to excellence, proactive work ethic, and ability to manage complex administrative tasks with precision.

Gelai consistently excelled in her studies. She graduated with honors from Dao Elementary School and in high school, she earned recognition as a Special Service Awardee at Zamboanga del Sur National High School. She later pursued the Accountancy, Business, and Management (ABM) strand and graduated with honors. Then, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Financial Management at Southern Mindanao College, where she was a consistent Dean’s Lister.

Gelai began her career in the City of Manila working for FJ Wegon Animal Health and Nutrition Corporation, where she honed her skills in SAP systems, supplier coordination, and inventory management. She then expanded her skills at Paravita Gas Trading, overseeing sales reporting, financial monitoring, and day-to-day operations. Now at Yanoyan CPAs, Gelai specializes in recordkeeping, liaising with various government offices and regulatory compliance. She is also well trained in handling various engagements such as tax compliance, business permit processing, transfers real estate sale transactions, settlement of estate, and other regulatory tasks with efficiency and professionalism.

Her blend of grit, dedication and hands-on experience makes her a trusted administrative professional to our accountants. With her professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and sharp attention to detail, Gelai continues to raise the standard of service and support in the firm.
